Manage with Zendo (“the App”, “we”) is a business-management app for salon owners and their staff. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information — your email address, name, and password (stored as a secure credential) when you create an account.
Business data you enter — appointments, services, staff profiles, client records (names, phone numbers, notes, optional photos), and sales figures that you add while running your shop.
Device tokens — a push-notification token so the App can deliver booking alerts to your device.

How we use it

To provide the App's core features: scheduling, staff and client management, and sales tracking.
To sync your data across your devices and your team.
To send booking-related notifications you have enabled.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

Client records

Shop owners and staff may store their clients' contact details and notes in the App. That information belongs to the shop, is used only to operate the shop's bookings, and is never shared with third parties by us.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete records inside the App at any time, and you can request full account deletion — including all associated shop data — by contacting us at the address below.

Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new “last updated” date.
